The god Thoth who liveth in heaven, the lord of heaven, the maker of laws, who disposeth of those who come forth at his word, standeth up and watcheth over me. He hath given unto me the garment of truth, and hath set the books before me. I have read the words of the night. I have spoken the names of the gods and they have answered me.
