1. I also saw the soul of a man (2) whose tongue a worm ever gnawed. 3. And I asked thus: 'What sin was committed by this body?' 4. Srosh the pious, and Adar the angel, said (5) thus: 'This is the soul of that wicked man who, in the world, spoke many lies and falsehoods; (6) and, thereby, much harm and injury were diffused among all creatures.'
